FEAT provides 100% free and fast exchanges for any order placed with us. We will provide a free exchange for any item in your order (Limit 1 for each item per order.)
You can exchange your item for any other item on our store - we’ll even refund you the difference if you decide to exchange for a lower priced item.
Our goal is to make sure that you receive the perfect fit anytime you shop with us.
FEAT has a 60-day Easy Returns window for our eligible store items**. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer refunds on eligible items within 60 days from when your purchase was made. We will authorize a return for any eligible item that is in new condition, unwashed and with its original tags intact. Your order must be delivered prior to initiating a return for refund.
You have the option to select between two refund options. You can select a store credit for the value paid for your item with an added $10 credit to cover shipping on a future order OR a refund to your original payment method with a flat restocking fee of $10 per order pulled from the cost of the refunded amount. Exchanges will always be completed free of charge. Limit 1 exchange for each item per order.

To initiate a return for a refund, you must reach out to a Customer Support Representative via our live chat, email, text or phone line contact methods. Any orders returned on their own by the purchaser without contacting a Customer Support Representative are not eligible for a return for a refund and the customer will be issued a store credit for the cost of their returned item(s). Send us over a request with your order number and we’d be happy to help you with your return!
Refunds are typically issued within 5-10 days from the date of your return shipment. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team to receive a prepaid shipping label for your return. To ensure your refund is issued after shipping the item, please notify our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after your return package has been placed in the mail. In your email include the order #, reason for returning and confirmation of shipment including the return tracking #.
*We cannot reimburse self-returned shipping and handling charges.

Due to shipping restrictions, orders placed outside of the continental United States must be sent back by the purchaser without a pre-paid return label provided by Feat. For these orders, we can waive our $10 restocking fee on eligible refundable orders and also issue a store credit for any cost incurred by the customer to ship the item(s), provided a picture of the receipt including the cost to ship and full tracking number is provided to our Customer Support Team.
