COVID-19 Delivery Times & Updates
Due to the impact of COVID-19 on various shipping carriers we have been experiencing sporadic moments of shipping delays. These delays are unfortunately out of our control, however we are doing everything we can to minimize and mitigate these delays from happening whenever possible.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been accepted and received by our warehouse. Once your order is fully checked, packaged and labeled, you will receive a second email confirming the successful ship-out of your order.
Please note this ship-out date reflects the start of your shipping timeline and allow for an additional 3-8 business days for the arrival of your package.
All order with standard shipping selected are estimated time frames for delivery, we are not able to issue shipping refunds for delays associated with standard shipping orders.
Most items typically ship within 24 hours and arrive within 3-8 business days depending on the shipping destination and delivery speed selected. Certain items and large orders require extra preparation time due to the processing at our warehouse. If you have any questions about the status of your order, reach out to our Customer Support Team with your order number and we can assist you in locating your order.
Any order that is not received by the last day of the shipping timeline for priority shipments are eligible for a refund of the shipping cost of the order in question, reach out to our Customer Support Team with your order number and we can help!
The shipping timeline for your order starts when your order has successfully shipped from our warehouse and ends when the package has reached its destination. Refunds on shipping cost can be issued for any order that exceeds this time frame, but keep in mind that all orders may take up to 1-2 business days to ship out successfully from our warehouse.

Please note that we do not accept responsibility for any customs or duty fees for international orders. If applicable, these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the final order cost.
We have seen an increases in cases where orders shipped internationally have longer transit times & more delays due to the recent slowdown of shipping carriers worldwide. For this reason, we ask that you allow orders placed outside of the United States an additional 7-14 days to arrive.
All international orders have a flat $20 shipping fee to ship anywhere in the world, and orders over $150 are eligible for free shipping.
