Please note that we do not accept responsibility for any customs or duty fees for international orders. If applicable, these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the final order cost.

FEAT provides 100% free and fast exchanges for any order placed with us. We won’t stop until you’ve found the right fit!
You can exchange your item for any other item on our store - we’ll even refund you the difference if you decide to exchange for a lower priced item.
Our goal is to make sure that you receive the perfect fit anytime you shop with us.
FEAT Easy Returns
FEAT has a 60-day Easy Returns window for Hoodies, Pants and Crewnecks. If you are not satisfied with your order we offer returns within 60 days from when your purchase was made.
We will authorize a return for any item that is in as-new condition, unwashed, and with its original tags intact. Please write your order # on the return package. Returns after 60 days of purchase will be reviewed and may be subject to a reduced refund.
Single Item Standard Returns have a flat fee of $10 for return shipping. Bundle Returns may vary based on Return Postage cost. Exchanges will always be completed free of charge.

Refunds are typically issued within 5-10 days from the date of your return shipment.
To greatly expedite the processing time of your return please notify our support team at email@example.com immediately after your return package has been placed in the mail. In this email include your order #, reason for return and confirmation of shipment (return tracking #).
*We cannot reimburse return shipping or handling charges.
**Please note that items marked as EXCHANGE ONLY, or items purchased during seasonal promotional/ closeout sales are not eligible for refund. Free Exchanges can still be completed for promotional these items. Please reach out to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your purchase is eligible.
