Layover in London: Join the Journey (the “Promotion”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) and Canada and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law, Canadian law, and applicable state/province law. Do not enter this Promotion if you do not have residency in the USA or Canada or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry.

Sponsor: This Promotion is sponsored by FEAT Clothing, LLC , 6440 S Millrock Drive Ste 550, Holladay, UT 84121.

Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrants”). Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of FEAT Clothing are not eligible. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Agreement to Official Rules: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Winning the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 10:00 AM ET on July 8, 2025 and ends at 8:00 PM ET on July 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: There are multiple ways to enter:

A. Purchase-Based Entries: During the Promotion Period, receive automatic entries by purchasing eligible FEAT products on https://www.featclothing.com during the Promotion Period:

- Purchase a Nomad Travel Set (Nomad Overshirt, Jogger, and Standard Short Sleeve) for $200 and receive 200 entries
- Purchase a Nomad Overshirt for $128 and receive 128 entries
- Purchase a Nomad Jogger for $118 and receive 118 entries No limit to the number of purchases or entries earned via this method.

NOTE: ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IT IS FRAUDULENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO OBTAIN ENTRIES WITH THE INTENT TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AFTER THE PROMOTION ENDS. IF THE SPONSOR IDENTIFIES OR SUSPECTS THAT YOU ARE ENGAGED IN THIS OR ANY OTHER FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND BANNED FROM ANY FURTHER PROMOTION OFFERED BY THE SPONSOR.

B. Instagram Entry (No Purchase Necessary): - An Entrant must have an Instagram account. If you do not have an Instagram account you may create one for free by visiting instagram.com. By submitting your information and creating an account, you agree to the terms of use and privacy policy of Instagram. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy policy, you cannot create an account or participate in this Promotion. Sponsor may not receive Entries from Instagram users with “private” updates (i.e., Entrant has set his or her account so that only people the Entrant has approved can view his or her updates).

- To enter, follow Sponsor’s Instagram account as indicated and respond to any Promotion offer posted by Sponsor on its Instagram page at instagram.com/feat by “Tagging” “Liking,” “Commenting” or otherwise responding in the manner and time period set forth in the offer. The “Like,” or “Comment,” “Tag” or other required response must include all information required in the offer. Limit one (1) entry per unique Instagram account and per person. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void, as are entries that are illegible, garbled, incomplete or that contain errors.
 
- By participating in this Promotion via Instagram, entrants acknowledge that it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, release Instagram from all liability related to the Promotion, and understand that all information provided is being given to FEAT Clothing, not to Instagram.
 
C. Email Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit one (1) entry via email during the Promotion Period. To do so, send an email to info@featclothing.com with the subject line “Layover in London: Join the Journey Entry” In the body of the email, include your full name and either a favorite travel photo that you have personally taken or a short sentence about your dream travel destination. Limit one (1) email entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. By submitting an email entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and confirm that any submitted content is your own.
 
Prizes: The Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”), upon confirmation of eligibility by the Sponsor, will receive a travel experience for two (2) to London, United Kingdom. The experience will include round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations for 4 days and 3 nights, with a total value not to exceed $5,000 USD (the “Prize” or “Grand Prize”). Any remaining funds not used toward airfare and lodging will be awarded to the Winner in the form of a Visa gift card to use on the trip. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $5,000 USD.

Three (3) Second Place Winners will each receive a $250 airline voucher for an airline of their choice, subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing airline. Total ARV of all Second Place Prizes: $750 USD.

The ARV of the Prize represents Sponsor’s good faith estimate and is final and binding. If the actual value of the Prize is lower than the stated ARV when fulfilled, the difference will not be awarded. All travel arrangements will be made at the discretion of the Sponsor in coordination with the Winner. Redemption of the Grand Prize must be completed within 18 months of notification, or the Prize may be forfeited.

The Winner is solely responsible for any costs not expressly stated as included, such as meals, ground transportation, optional excursions, travel insurance, passports, visas, or other incidental expenses. The Winner and their travel companion must possess all necessary travel documentation and comply with any travel regulations or restrictions. Both travelers must follow the same itinerary.

All prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or any component) with one of equal or greater value if the designated Prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize and any other costs not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued to the Grand Prize Winner for the actual value of the Prize received, as required by law.

Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about August 1, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified by email or Instagram direct message within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity & Usage Rights: By entering, you grant FEAT Clothing the right to use your name, likeness, Instagram handle, and submitted content (such as travel photos or text) in promotional materials, social media, and advertising, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Release of Liability: By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless FEAT Clothing, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, liability, loss, injury, or damage arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. This includes, without limitation, travel-related injuries, accidents, delays, illness, personal injury, death, or property damage.

FEAT Clothing is not responsible for:

- Any acts or omissions by third-party travel providers or vendors
- Force majeure events, including weather, travel restrictions, or natural disasters
- Winners’ compliance with passport, visa, or international travel requirements

Winners are solely responsible for ensuring they are medically and legally able to travel, and for obtaining all necessary documentation and insurance prior to departure.

Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued based on the actual value of any prize awarded.

Privacy: Any personal information collected during the Promotion will be handled in accordance with FEAT Clothing’s Privacy Policy at https://featclothing.com/pages/privacy-policy-1.

General Conditions: FEAT Clothing reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. All decisions made by FEAT Clothing are final and binding.

Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s, province’s, or jurisdiction’s laws. By participating in the Promotion, Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court within the State of Utah; (iii) any and all claims, judgments , and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event will attorney fees be awarded or recoverable; (iv) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, special damages, lost profits, other damages, and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (v) Entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and he/she waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.
 
Governing Law: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
